Private Sessions
My private sessions are a space for you to slow down, reconnect, and explore your mind-body connection in a way that feels safe, personal, and deeply supportive. I draw on my training as a licensed professional counselor, certified yoga teacher, somatic practitioner, and singer-songwriter as well as my ongoing yoga therapy studies, to create experiences that honor your unique needs. Every session blends mindfulness, embodiment, and nervous system awareness with a trauma-informed, non-judgmental approach. Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, looking to expand your creative expression, or wanting to feel more at home in your body, we’ll work together to create a practice that supports your whole self—mind, body, and spirit.
Therapeutic & Somatic Yoga
Private therapeutic yoga goes far deeper than a typical group class. Together, we explore not just asana (physical postures), but also yoga philosophy as a framework for understanding yourself on a profound level and accessing your authentic self. Sessions may integrate movement (tailored to your needs), guided reflection, breathing, meditation, and somatic principles to help regulate your nervous system, strengthen your mind-body connection, and support personal growth. Each practice is tailored to your needs, combining movement, breathwork, and mindfulness in a way that nurtures the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.
I currently offer two options for private somatic/therapeutic yoga. If you are located in Kansas, I have a limited number of spots in my private practice for somatic psychotherapy that integrates therapeutic yoga as a treatment modality for mental health concerns. I also offer therapeutic yoga sessions separately from my private practice that are non-clinical in nature, highly customizable, and available to people outside of Kansas. If you'd like more information on the differences between these two offerings, including prices and details, you can find more information in the document below.

Singing + Somatics
SomaSong is my signature method that blends gentle somatic practices with the art of singing—meeting you wherever you are in your voice journey.
For some, private sessions might look like voice lessons enhanced by somatic practices to help you reduce tension, sing with more ease, and prepare for performances or auditions. For others, it’s a supportive space to work on the emotional side of singing—overcoming stage fright, self-criticism, or reconnecting with a love of music. And for some, it’s purely a wellness practice, using breath, mindful movement, and vocal expression as tools for embodiment, nervous system regulation, and self-discovery. In every case, the focus is on helping you feel more at ease, more expressive, and more connected to your authentic voice.
