Move with me
I believe that movement is medicine. Mindful movement can be an anchor to the present moment and a pathway back to yourself. Reconnecting with your body is often a key step toward healing, and I’m here to help make that step feel a little more supported, spacious, and safe.
My philosophy of movement isn’t about physique, calories, or competition. It’s an invitation into greater presence. Over the years, I’ve taught and trained in a variety of modalities—yoga, dance, mindful fitness, Pilates, barre, somatics, and physical theater—but my focus remains the same: guiding others to use movement as a tool for healing, grounding, and self-discovery.
In my classes, you’re encouraged to move in a way that feels completely authentic to you. We prioritize presence over perfection, and the emphasis is always on how the movement feels—not how it looks. My goal is to offer a space where each student can customize the practice and get exactly what they need.
Whether you're here to rebuild trust in your body, process emotion through movement, or simply take a mindful pause in your week, I'd love to meet you on the mat.
