About the event
Join us for an evening of movement, mindfulness, and music in community.
We’ll begin with a gentle movement practice blending yoga, somatics, Qigong, and mindful dance, followed by a meditative song circle to ground and connect. Afterward, the space will open for quiet reflection or connection—with journaling, oracle cards, art supplies, and cozy conversation. Herbal tea and healthy treats will be provided.
